From the begging till the end, the staff in each hotel knew our clients are coming. The driver knew the father has a birthday so a balloon was waiting on his chair and a birthday cake at the hotel. Each and every restaurant, provider, and speaker were briefed on the importance of the visit and what should be taken into consideration in order to make sure they are having the most meaningful fun experience ever.
At the Shabbat dinner, each member of the group was asked to share what was this experience for him.
Everyone mentioned that it was by far the best traveling experience they have ever had! Both as individuals and as a family.
The father said there is only one problem, nothing can ever match that…
